The Latin American Studies minor allows you to examine the issues, cultures and languages of Latin America from a variety of perspectives. This knowledge can be applied in many important ways within the U.S. and internationally, and is an especially attractive skill to potential employers with interests in the region.
What will I learn?
You will gain respect for, and understand the issues of, Latin American countries through an interdisciplinary learning approach.
