Simpson College has facilities in Indianola and West Des Moines. These facilities are convenient and easily accessible to the Des Moines metro and surrounding areas.
Enjoy the beauty of our 75-acre campus in Indianola with a variety of meeting and banquet facilities to accommodate any size group. Here you will find executive-style conference rooms, general session spaces, an auditorium with theatre seating and spacious banquet facilities.
The West Des Moines Simpson campus is located at 1415 28th Street, West Des Moines, at the intersection of 28th and Westown Parkway. Meeting rooms are available during daytime hours with free parking available.

Indianola campus facilities
Hubbell Hall - Hubbell Hall seats 350 people banquet style or can be divided into two smaller venues. It is an ideal location for social events such as dinners, receptions and company parties. It is equipped with state-of-the-art media for conferences, meetings and training sessions.
Principal Black Box Theatre - The Principal Black Box Theatre is equipped with state-of-the-art media, acoustics and lighting and is perfect for dances, concerts, presentations and other performances. Can accommodate 350 banquet-style or up to 500 for dances.
Great Hall - Great Hall is an air-conditioned, highly adaptable room with a capacity to comfortably seat 275 people for meals. A superb banquet facility, it can also be arranged for recitals, lectures and other presentations. Great Hall features a cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, stage and alcove with a raised platform, podium and piano.
Jordan Lecture Hall - Jordan Lecture Hall is located in the Carver Science Center and seats 120 people in comfortable desk-style chairs. Perfect for presentations or group meetings, rear-screen projection is one of the many benefits in the facility.
Pioneer Conference Room - The Pioneer Conference Room can be arranged for groups from 15 to 70 people in a setting that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. A special feature of this facility is the availability of state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities.
West Des Moines campus facilities
Meeting Rooms - A group of 10 or a group of 70 will fit comfortably in our selection of eight different sized meeting rooms. Available during the daytime hours.
Windows Computer Labs - These two labs are equipped with 25 networked and internet-linked PCs and multimedia projectors with SmartBoards. Available during daytime hours.
Looking for a place to host a summer camp or professional retreat? Simpson's summer housing accommodations are modern, comfortable and conveniently located on campus.
We have a wide variety of reasonably-priced housing options available from residence-hall style to fully furnished apartments. All of our housing is air-conditioned with laundry facilities.
