Please take the time to download the roster template. The roster is designed to provide the student activities office and the campus community with a listing of all of the students who are involved in the many campus clubs and organizations on campus. Please fill the form out as completely as possible and email the completed form to Rich Ramos. Updated rosters will be expected at the start of each semester. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the student activities office.
