Dear Simpson College Community,
Good morning. Below you will find two updates related to the Simpson College campus community. We continue to remain committed to updating and informing each of you on key issues related to COVID-19. Please look for our next COVID-19 update on Thursday.
Simpson College Parents Town Hall
In an effort to address parents’ questions in real-time, the college will be hosting a Zoom town hall this Wednesday, April 15 from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Central. Additional information was provided to all parents via email last week. For updated information, please see today’s post in the parents Facebook group. Leading the call will be campus administrators from the following areas:
- Heidi Levine, Vice President for Student Development & Planning
- Deb Tierney, Vice President of Admissions
- Cathy Hoch, Chief Financial Officer
The town hall will be conducted via Zoom and will provide an opportunity for parents to have questions answered related to COVID-19. We encourage all parents/guardians to attend. In addition, we will be recording the event and will share with all parents via the Facebook parents group the following day.
Updates from Dunn Library
Dunn Library may be closed, yet our online services continue. Current library services and expanded online collections are linked below. We are virtually here for the Simpson College community.

Borrowed Items have been renewed until September 1, 2020.
Returned books and materials may be placed in Dunn book drop or brought back when you return to campus.
Interlibrary Loan requests may be made online for book chapters and articles.
