Ann Woldt

Department Chair of Theatre Arts and Associate Professor of Theatre
Ann Woldt brings many years of professional acting, voice work, and teaching to the Department of Theatre at Simpson College.

Biography

Ann Woldt is an associate professor and Chair of the Theatre Department.  She teaches classes in acting, voice, and arts management. As head of the department's educational outreach, she is in charge of recruitment for the department and the annual High School Theatre Festival.   Ann is also a director for Simpson Productions.  Recent directing credits include, Fefu and Her Friends, Little Women, and Good Kids. In addition to teaching and directing, she has worked as a professional voiceover artist and actor for the past 20 years where she has been featured in numerous national, regional, and local radio and television commercials as well as documentaries and audiobooks.
