Want to have fun?
Want to try out college living?
Want to strengthen the possibilities for your future?
If so, you want to learn more about Upward Bound at
Simpson College.
So why should
you participate in Upward Bound? It is a fun way to strengthen your
academic and study skills. You will spend six weeks of the summer living
on Simpson’s campus with Upward Bound students from other local schools.
This gives you the chance to make new friends and learn what going away to
college might be like. You’ll even get to take a fun filled trip at the
end of the session. During the school year you’ll keep focused on
your goal of going to college.
If all that isn’t enough, listen to this. You will pay no expenses for
participating in this program thanks to the U.S. Department of Education.
Plus, you can make money: up to $60 a month during the summer and up to $40
during the school year just for taking part in scheduled activities.
