Simpson College offers scholarships to students who want to major or minor in theatre and students who enjoy participating in theatre. Theatre Simpson scholarships are awarded to students who show potential in the performance, technical, or both aspects of theatre production. Click here to submit a Scholarship Application.

Interested student can arrange to audition or interview for a Theatre Simpson scholarship whenever they visit campus, but we recommend they join us for our scholarship weekend. Our scholarship weekend will be held March 19 - 20, 2009. 

While attending the weekend your students will meet the faculty, staff and students, watch a rehearsal for our mainstage production of Festival of Short Plays 2009 and attend Simpson Underground (a late-night, student-run cabaret performance), stay overnight with a student host and participate in a theatre class. All of this, as well as dinner Thursday night and breakfast Friday, are provided at no cost to students considering attending Simpson College.
