Every Simpson student is guaranteed an internship. That's right: Guaranteed. That's a huge advantage in your career search. How can we do this? We are minutes away from the Des Moines metropolitan area, and our vast network of alumni in central Iowa understands the value of employing a Simpson student.

Our academic calendar is designed to encourage students to study overseas, either for a semester or for our popular three-week May Term. We have been recognized as one of the top 100 colleges in the nation for percentage of students who study abroad.

Simpson's "SC in 3" pathway allows high school students entering college with 24 or more college credits to finish a full, high-quality Simpson degree in three years, decreasing the cost of college and increasing their earning potential.

Speaking of costs, 99 percent of Simpson students receive financial aid to help fund their education. We will help you navigate the financial assistance process.

Our smaller class sizes ensure that you will be taught by a professor —a professor, not a teaching assistant — who can help you reach your potential.

Opportunities abound for you to participate in campus life, from joining one of our 75 student clubs and organizations to performing in our nationally acclaimed music, theatre and arts programs.

Our athletic teams compete in the Iowa Conference, which is part of the NCAA's Division 3. We feature wonderful athletic venues, and we're one of two colleges in the state selected by the NCAA to participate in the CHAMPS/Life Skills program.

We offer opportunities for advanced study and research you will find nowhere else, including the Culver Public Policy Center and the Iowa History Center. We also feature an acclaimed series of special lectures, forums and concerts.
