2007 (Junior): Earned All- Conference honors in the long jump (third) and 4x400m relay at the IIAC Indoor Championships. Named All- Conference in the triple jump (second) and 4x400m relay at the IIAC Outdoor Championships. Was fifth in the triple jump and sixth in the long jump at the IIAC Indoor Championships. Placed fourth in the long jump at the IIAC Outdoor Championships.
2006 (Sophomore): Placed eighth in the IIAC Heptathlon. Her 34-8 1/2 performance in the triplejump at the outdoor Loras Invitational was the fourth best in school history. Was sixth in the IIAC outdoor high jump with a mark of 4-9 1/2 2005 (Freshman): A part of the 4x200m relay team that broke the school record with a time of 1:48.28 during the Iowa Conference Indoor Championships. Concentrated on the steeplechase during the outdoor season. Turned in a 19th place showing at the IIAC Outdoor Championships. Finished 40th at the Iowa Conference Championships and 129th at the NCAA Regional Championships. Ran quickest 6,000m time of the year at the UW-La Crosse Invitational (24:50). Was 19th at the Simpson Buxton Open and 21st at the Central Invitational.
High School: A 2006 graduate of Jefferson-Scranton High School. Coach was father Kelly Simpson. A three-time state cross country meet qualifier. Named Academic All-State as a senior. Won 3000m conference championship as a sophomore. An E. Wayne Cooley Scholar-Athlete finalist.

High School: A 2006 graduate of North High School. Did not compete in high school soccer. A two-time State track meet qualifier in the 300m hurdles and the triple jump. Chosen second team All-Conference in the 300m hurdles as a junior and as a senior. Named honorable mention All-Conference in the 300m and and triple jump as a junior and as a senior. Holds school records in teh triple jump (36-2 1/2) and 300m hurdles (:47.46). Lettered in diving.
