Four qualify for nationals
At the Last Chance Meet in Ames, Iowa this past weekend, four Storm runners solidified their spot in the NCAA Indoor Track Meet March 13-14 in Terre Haute Ind.
"We are extremely excited to have four women qualified for the NCAA meet," said Coach Dave Cleveland. "All are very well deserving and have a great shots at placing very high. All of them have their best performances yet to come. It will be a fun week for them."
Returning Indoor & Outdoor All-American, Lauren Bucklin from Bondurant, Iowa will be running the 55 meter hurdles - seeded 4th.
Catie Ellingson (So. Indianola, IA) qualified for the 1600 meter run- seeded 10th. Elingson is a returning indoor 800 meter All-American. 
Sarah Hammel (Jr. Dorchester, IA) will run the 800 -seeded 12th
Freshman Carissa Coopman from Davenport, Iowa will throw the shot- seeded 15th
