She is tied for the school mark with three other players. Host was named Iowa Conference Women's Athlete of the Week and Iowa Conference Softball Player of the Week ending Mar. 16.

Hohneke was selected third team All-American. Hohneke was selected first team All-Conference May 6. She was named first team All-Region May 6. She is the 18th Iowa Conference player to earn All-Conference honors four times (2005--first team, 2006 and 2007--second team, 2008--first team). Hohneke led the Storm with a 15-7 record, a 1.08 ERA, and 131 strikeouts in 155.2 innings. She posted 17 complete games in 23 starts with 11 shutouts. She also recorded three saves.
