2007-08 (Freshman): Went 11-23 with two pins. Was second in the Silver Division of the Augsburg Open. Finished fifth at the Central Invitational.
High School: A 2007 graduate of Knoxville High School. Coach was Curt Swanson. A two-time state qualifier. Finished seventh at the state meet as a senior. Ended career with 100 career victories. Qualified for the state track meet as a junior and as a senior. Earned first team All-District honors in football as a junior. A member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Born July 17, 1989. Son of Ron and Lucinda Ammons. An education major.

Calvin Barber

5-8, 149, Jr., Winterset, Iowa
2007-08 (Sophomore): Had a 12-6 record before a concussion ended his season after the Simpson Invitational. Placed fourth at the Simpson Invitational. Was fifth in the Gold Division of the Augsburg Open
2006-07 (Freshman): Posted a 17-13 record with two pins for NCAA Division III Buena Vista University. One of his victories was over twin brother and now teammate Curtis, marking the first time twin brothers competed against one another in NCAA history.
High School: A 2006 graduate of Winterset High School. Coach was Randy McDonald. A three-time state qualifier. Finished second at the state meet as a junior and was third as a senior. Lettered in cross country and football.
Personal: Born Apr. 29, 1988. Son of Kevin and Teresa Barber.

Curtis Barber

5-8, 165, Jr., Winterset, Iowa
2007-08 (Sophomore): Led Simpson in victories with 28 (28-13). Posted the top Storm finish, a fourth at the Iowa Conference Championships. Six of his losses were to national ranked opponents. Second at the Simpson Invitational and third at the Williams Invitational. Fourth in the Gold Division of the Augsburg Open. Sixth at the Central Invitational.
2006-07 (Freshman): Qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships at 149 pounds with a third place showing at the Iowa Conference Championships. Placed seventh at 141 pounds at the Augsburg Open. Finished season with a 19-16 record and two pins. One of his losses was to twin brother Calvin, marking the first time twin brothers competed against one another in NCAA history.
High School: A 2006 graduate of Winterset High School. Coach was Randy McDonald. Won conference championship, sectional championship, and district championship as a senior. Finished third at state meet as a senior. Won conference title as a junior. Qualified for the state tournament as a sophomore. Team was second at state dual runner-up tournament as a sophomore. Chosen first team All-District in football.

2007-08 (Freshman): Was second on the team in victories with 22 (22-16). Placed third at the Central Invitational. Finished sixth at the Iowa Conference Tournament. Was fifth at 149 pounds in the Silver Division of the Augsburg Open.
High School: A 2007 graduate of Creston High School. Coach was Darrell Frain. Finished fifth at the state meet as team won state championship during senior season. Ended career with school record for career victories (156) and most victories in a season (49 as a senior). Qualified for the state tournament a total of three times. Lettered in baseball, football and soccer. 
Personal: Born Oct. 25, 1988. Son of Richard and Brigitte Brus. Undecided upon a major.

High School: A 2006 graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School. Coach was Jamy Bell. Named team MVP as a senior after leading team in wins with 31. Won conference championship as a junior. Lettered in football.

High School: A 2006 graduate of Valley High School. Coach was former Simpson national champion Travis Young. Finished fifth at the state meet as a senior and was eighth as a junior. Won district titles as a junior and again as a senior. Lettered in baseball, cross country, and football.
Personal: Born Feb. 9, 1988. Son of Reed and Connie Dowling. Undecided upon a major.
