Athlete Spotlight - Brady Buresh
Position: Catcher
High School and Hometown: North Tama High School, Traer, Iowa
Brady Buresh, a sports administration major, has worked as the undergraduate intern in the athletic department for three years. During the fall and winter sports seasons, he is responsible for running all game day activities.
Buresh hopes to someday work in sports administration at a small college and said the skills he has learned as a student-athlete and as an intern have set him up for a career in the field. He plans to go to graduate school next fall for sports management.
Buresh is known for drinking Diet Pepsi in the dugout during baseball games. He said he is addicted to the drink and goes through about a case of Diet Pepsi a week.
