END OF THE YEAR INFORMATION

Friday, April 25, 6:00pm
If not enrolled in a May Term class, students are expected to move out 24 hours after their last final, but no later than Friday of Finals weeks at 6:00pm.
Friday, May 16, 6:00pm
Campus housing closes for all students not participating in graduation, or those who are working for Summer Conferences or living in Summer Housing.
Saturday, May 17, 6:00pm
Graduating seniors must be moved out. All campus housing closes for all students except those living in Summer Housing or working for Summer Conferences.
Sunday, May 18, 5:00pm-7:00pm
All Summer Housing and Summer Conference people move to their Summer Housing location. (Also included are DMMO student workers.)

All exceptions are rare and are unlikely to be accomodated due to the Summer Conference Schedule. All exceptions must be approved by the Director of Residence Life.

Fill out and return this May Term Intention Form by Friday, April 18.
