Graduation Applications

Graduation Applications for the Class of 2008 are due NOW.

Please use your own degree audit for your Graduation Application

Print off a copy of the "Graduation Analysis Worksheet"

(Note that at the top of your Degree Audit it reads "Graduation Application")

Please make certain that you print your name at the top exactly the way you want it to appear on your diploma. Also, get all of the signatures needed. You will need to get the signature of the Department Chair of any department from which you are earning a major or a minor.

You may access your degree audit online through StormFront for Students. If you do not know what your password and user id are, please contact Information Services at 961-1681.
