Simpson College Construction Projects
Simpson College is Building on our Traditions with some exciting new construction projects.
Currently underway is the first phase of the Bill Buxton Stadium project. This phase includes completing the pillar/iron fencing around the stadium, adding ticket booths at the north entrance and enhancing the player entrance from the Hopper sidewalk to the field. Keep an eye on the progress.
The groundbreaking ceremony for construction on the Blank Performing Arts Center was held on June 26, 2010. You can follow the updates on the Theatre Simpson blog.
Our most exciting project is slated to begin in the Spring of 2011. A major renovation of the Brenton Student Center will become the center attraction on campus.
