Simpson plays Iowa Thursday

Simpson travels to the University of Iowa Nov. 1 for a men’s basketball exhibition game.

The Storm haven’t played the Hawkeyes since Jan. 3, 1913. In the 1913 game, which opened Hopper Gymnasium on the Simpson campus, Simpson defeated Iowa 25-14.

Thursday’s game is set for 7:05 p.m. The game can be heard on 88.9 FM KSTM and www.redzonemedia.com or watched on the Big Ten Network Web site at www.bigtennetwork.com.
