The Simpson College Symphonic Band and The Jazz Ensemble will present a special joint concert Oct. 31 at 7 p.m. in Great Hall.

The Symphonic Band will perform under the direction of Instructor of Instrumental Music Jay Nugent. Dave Camwell, assistant professor of music, will direct The Jazz Ensemble.

Trumpet virtuoso Tim Clarke will perform as a guest artist.
