Iowa author speaks at Simpson

John T. Price, an Iowa native and University of Iowa graduate, will perform a reading of his works March 26 at 7 p.m. in Jordan Lecture Hall.
Price will read from his book Not Just Any Land: A Personal and Literary Journey into the American Grasslands and his most recent work, a memoir, Man Killed by Pheasant.
Price attended the University of Iowa, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in religion, Master of Fine Arts in nonfiction writing and Ph.D. in English.
Price is currently a professor of English at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he teaches nonfiction writing.
