Campus music groups perform
April 5, 2008
Two Simpson music groups will perform concerts at the beginning of April.
The spring Madrigal Singers concert will be held April 5 at 2:30 p.m. at the Des Moines Historical Building, 600 East Locust St., Des Moines. The Madrigal concert will feature Renaissance and contemporary works for vocal ensemble and will be under the direction of Robert L. Larsen.
Simpson College’s Jazz Ensemble can be heard April 7 at 8 p.m. at Simpson in Lekberg Hall. The jazz ensemble will perform its spring concert under the direction of Dave Camwell.
