Benjamin Beck, director of conservation at the Great Ape Trust of Iowa, will give a lecture April 15 in Jordan Lecture Hall at 7 p.m.

His talk will focus on issues pertaining to the conservation and preservation of wildlife.

Great Ape Trust is a world-class research facility dedicated to the study and conservation of great apes. In fall 2007, Simpson College entered into a partnership with the project to help provide scholarships and research opportunities to students.
