Opera Scenes Workshop - May, 2012
This May term class is offered every other year. During the three-week May term, numerous scenes from some of the greatest operas and musical theatre of all time are prepared, costumed, staged and performed. The 2012 Opera Workshop is directed by Bernard McDonald, Director of Opera. He is assisted by stage directors: Bruce Brown, Virginia Croskery, and Kimberly Roberts.
European Tour - The Madrigal Singers
Every other year the Madrigal Singers are the core group of an overseas trip during the May term. Recently, the group performed in Scandanavia and Russia, Italy, France, Austria, Scotland, England and Spain. The Madrigal Singers will tour again in May, 2013.
The History of Rock and Roll
This has become one of the more popular May term offerings on campus. It culminates with a trip to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio.
