In general, the weather is very unpredictable. It can change in the middle of the day and be completely unexpected. However, more often than not the days are temperate and discomfort dependent on weather is preventable. Layers in clothing are key, and during the winter months when the air is very cold, they are necessary. For winter, wear layers of clothing, a coat, head covering, hand covering, and neck covering. For summer, wear shorts and T-shirts because of the warm air and possibility of overheating.
This chart shows the usual temperature of each month, plus how hot it can get and how cold it can get. Usually there is sun and some form of precipitation and that is shown as well.
