Dr. Bill Grace, founder of the Center for Ethical Leadership in Seattle, Washington, will be in residence on the Simpson College campus the week of October 3 leading classes and workshops for students, faculty and staff. In addition, Grace will deliver the 2005 Fall Lilly Lecture at 12:45, Thursday, October 6, in Smith Chapel. The title of his talk is: “VOCATION as Values, Vision, Voice and Virtue in Three Acts.” This interactive presentation is designed to help students understand three acts of vocational development: Pre-Simpson, The Simpson Experience, and Engaging the Larger World.
The presentation is free and open to the Simpson community as well as the general public.
Grace has a Ph.D in administration of higher education from Iowa State University, and a Master of Science degree from Oregon State University.
