With 2,035 total students enrolled for the 2005 fall semester, Simpson College claims the highest enrollment in the college's history. The full-time enrollment is 1,485, while the part-time enrollment is 550.
"This is the first time in the college's history that Simpson has enrolled more than 2,000 students," said John Byrd, Simpson’s president. "Our full-time and part-time enrollment figures reflect a great deal of hard work from faculty and staff who create the type of educational experience that helps us attract and retain a record-breaking student body."
Last year Simpson also had a record-high enrollment with 1,452 full-time students and 503 part-time students.
