Simpson College wind and percussion students, with professional string performers from the Des Moines area, will present a concert of orchestral literature Monday, November 7, at 7:30 p.m. in the Great Hall. Under the direction of Andrew McMahan, the Simpson College Festival Orchestra will perform “Symphony No. 104 (London)” by Haydn; “Ancient Airs and Dances, Suite No. 2” by Respighi; and “Bolero” by Ravel.

The program is free and open to the public.
