Internationl Food Festival to be held March 23
The annual Simpson College International Food Festival will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 23 in Great Hall.
The festival will feature dishes such as pasta and crab salad from Europe, frango ensopado and creamy corn cake from Brazil, chicken stir fry from Loas, calabacitas con queso and chilaquiles from Mexico, banana salad from Zimbabwe, and pork curry with potatoes from Mynamar, in addition to dishes from Germany, Ireland, Argentina, Nepal and Bulgaria. Punch, tea, coffee and water will also be available.
