Simpson College in Indianola will host a music education workshop on Jan. 28 featuring Ellen McCullough-Brabson, professor emeritus of music education from the University of New Mexico.
McCullough-Brabson, an active workshop clinician, will present “A Multicultural Music Sampler: Songs, Games and Dances from Around the World.” She has presented sessions on multicultural music around the world, including for the International Society of Music Education, the International Kodaly Society and at numerous conferences.
The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m. on Jan. 28 in Lekberg Hall of the Amy Robertson Music Center on the Simpson campus.
