The Simpson Music Department will host its spring music weekend and scholarship auditions for prospective students Friday and Saturday, Feb. 25 and 26 in the Amy Robertson Music Building.

The weekend is a series of sample classes, lessons for informal performances and auditions for Simpson music scholarships for the 2005-2006 academic year. For additional information on the spring music weekend, contact the Simpson Music Department at 515.961.1637.

As part of the weekend, there will be a faculty-student concert featuring Simpson music faculty in solo performances and the Madrigal Singers and Jazz Ensemble in a special evening of music for prospective students and their families.

The faculty-student concert is free and open to the public.
