Simpson College Assistant Professor of Sociology, Lora Friedrich will share her experiences as a Peace Corps volunteer in a talk titled, “Bringing the World Back Home: the Goals of the Peace Corps,” on Wednesday, Feb. 2 at 7 p.m. in Dunn Library.

Friedrich served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the early 1980s and recently returned from spending the past six months as a Peace Corps volunteer once again.

Friedrich’s talk is free and open to the public.
