The Crucible, by Robert Ward, will be performed at Simpson College under the direction of Robert L. Larsen on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 11 and 12 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 13 at 2 p.m. in Barnum Studio Theatre, Blank Performing Arts Center. The Crucible is one of America's greatest operatic works based on Arthur Miller's play of the same name that tells the tale of the Salem witch trials with passionate and heart-wrenching drama and a stunning musical score.
