Editor and senior vice president of the American Journalism Review, Rem Rieder, will deliver a lecture on ethics in journalism at 7 p.m. on April 6 in Jordan Lecture Hall in the Carver Science Center.
Rieder has been editor of AJR since 1991 and writes a column on media issues in the magazine. He has held editing positions for newspapers such as the Washington Post and the Miami Herald. He has also taught journalism ethics and public affairs reporting at the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland.
