"Vocation" comes from the Latin "vocare", to call, and means the work a person is called to.  In the words of Frederick Buechner, "The place God calls you to is the place where your deep gladness and the world's deep hunger meet."  The Lilly Initiative for Vocation Exploration invites all members of the Simpson community to discover this place.
