Special training for staff members who interact with students is one of the programs supported by the grant.  Each year, 12 - 15 Simpson staff members will be invited to participate in a program that will include quarterly gatherings, common readings, shared meals and discussion of vocational issues.  Outside resource people will help them think about how to best help students navigate the many issues that face them during their college years.  Staff interested in participating should contact Jim Hayes at x1281 or jim.hayes@simpson.edu or stop by the Maple House.
