The Lilly Initiative interfaces with Simpson's Senior Colloquium program in at least two ways: 

1. With resources from the grant, some new senior colloquia are being developed that incorporate service-learning and vocational reflection as a core component of the course.
   
2. Beginning with the class of 2007, seniors will "Take Stock" several times during their SRC in order to chart their growth during their time at Simpson and as a tool for shaping future plans and goals related to their understanding of vocation.
