Pond

Seven large goldfish, a gift of Professor Nancy St. Clair, were placed in the pond in 1999. Over the years, we’ve lost fish and gained fish. We’ve purchased a few and others just appear, perhaps from dorm rooms.

We added more four medium koi in October 2004, gift of Dan and Kathy Ripperger. We currently have over 20 fish including two large koi and three plecostomus or bottom-feeding catfish. They hide under the rocks, gift of former Professor Steve Emerman.
