  • EBSCOHOST - Search multiple databases (together or separately) to access full-text periodicals, newspapers and reference tools. Academic Search Premier and Business Search Premier index peer-reviewed scholarly journals in a variety of subject areas. Other databases focus on specific areas such as health and education.
  • Project MUSE - Project MUSE - Basic College Collection is a unique collaboration providing full-text, user-friendly online access to 192 humanities, arts, and social sciences journals.
  • LexisNexis ACADEMIC - Comprehensive research database providing full-text access to various databases, including current news from international sources.
  • ClasePeriodica - Contains information from articles, essays, book reviews, monographs, conference proceedings, technical reports, interviews and brief notes published in journals edited in 24 different countries of Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as from publications that focus on Pan-American issues.
  • DES MOINES REGISTER - Excellent source for information on Iowa and Midwest immigration news.
  • ENCYCLOPEDIA BRITANNICA ONLINE - More than 72,000 encyclopedia articles on all subjects.

  • Collins Spanish-English, English-Spanish Dictionary (R463.2 C713 2002) - Over 355,000 entries and translations. Includes thousands of contemporary technical, political, and business terms.
