RAGBRAI  - “Sweet Home Indianola”

This summer, our display case features information on RAGBRAI with a particular focus on Clarence Pickard. Pickard graduated from Simpson College in 1916. In 1973 he rode in the first Des Moines Register ‘Great Six-Day Bicycle Ride' across Iowa at the age of 83. Indianola is an overnight stop for this year's 37th RAGBRAI.
