Configuring the firewall for SmartEnforcer
1. Open Norton Internet Security by clicking the icon or by going to Start-->All Programs-->Norton Internet Security and opening the program.
2. When the Internet Security screen appears, click where it says Personal Firewall. It should show a brief description to the right. Below that, click on the Configure button.
3. The configure screen will appear, and at the top of the page click on the second tab titled Programs.
4. At the bottom of that screen is a list of programs that have attempted to access the Internet while the firewall has been running. Scroll down untill you find SmartEnforcer.
5. If it says Block All next to it, click on the Block All and select Permit All. If the firewall was blocking SmartEnforcer access to the network you should now be able to see the login screen when you choose login from the SmartEnforcer icon.
