From your Macintosh Desktop select the "Go" menu item and then select "Connect to Server..."

Next type in the word storage in the "Server Address:" field and then click on the "Connect" button

Next type in your username and password and click on the "Connect" button

Next select the volume called "net folder" and click on the "OK" button

Finally select the folder with your username by double clicking on it

Now that you are connected you can start dragging files from your local hard drive (usually labeled Macintosh HD) to your network storage space (usually labeled with your username) by opening them up and dragging files from the local hard drive window to the network storage folder window.
