Simpson provides e-mail service to current students, faculty and staff.  We support Outlook, Outlook Express, OWA and Entourage to read your e-mail. General information is provided below or follow either of these links for detailed spam filtering instructions or frequently asked questions.

Accessing your email from off campus

You can access OWA from any computer that has Internet access, on or off campus by visiting the Simpson Web site and using the WebMail link on the top left-hand corner of the front page.

E-mail Account Quotas/Limits

There is an email account limit of 100 MB for students and 500 MB for faculty and staff.  You will receive a e-mail message when your account approaches this limit.   Once this quota is reached, you will not be able to receive new e-mail until the old messages are deleted.

Logging Out using OWA

It is very important to log out of OWA to ensure no one else will have access to your e-mail if you are using a public computer. You can do this by clicking on the Log Off button on the top right-hand corner of the page.

Obtaining help while using Outlook or OWA

There is extensive online help available within the application, simply click on the Help icon symbolized by a question mark located in the tool bar at the top of every page.
