Simpson College invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach.  This is a full-time; twelve month position one-half of the job responsibilities will be coaching and the other half will be administrative.  This position reports to the Athletic Director. 

Duties include all aspects of the College’s women’s soccer program including but not limited to: recruitment of qualified student-athletes; organization and preparation of practice and meets; managing a budget within the established guidelines; fund raising; community involvement and compliance with college, conference (IIAC) and NCAA rules. The administrative duties will be assigned by the Athletic Director.

Qualifications: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are required, as is knowledge of current coaching methodology. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum three years successful coaching experience at the high school or college level, Master’s degree preferred.
