Simpson College, a private, nationally recognized regional college grounded in the liberal arts tradition and affiliated with the United Methodist Church, invites nominations and applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Accounting for a tenure-track position beginning August 15, 2010. Applicants must have CPA along with a Ph.D. or Masters in Accounting, Masters in Business Administration or a Juris Doctor.
The candidate will teach in a variety of areas, including financial accounting, management accounting and government accounting. As part of the regular teaching load, the candidate will occasionally teach in the Simpson Seminar.
