HOW DO I INCLUDE AN ARTIFACT IN MY PORTFOLIO IF I WANT TO USE IT FOR MORE THAN ONE INDICATOR?

 

Yes, you may wish to use an artifact to meet demonstrate multiple indicators.

If an artifact is reasonably small, say a page or two, then photocopy the artifact and include it with Reflection on Entry Forms for each of the intended indicators.

If the assignment is lengthy, you may choose to photocopy the specific section that best illustrates the indicator, and then include the entire assignment in an appendix. Clearly label each item in the appendix, and then be sure to direct the portfolio reviewer to the entire artifact, e.g.
