Catering Menu - Dinner

Choose your own dinner menu

For the event that requires a more formal atmosphere, we suggest a served meal.  Each menu item includes one salad, one vegetable, rolls with butter, desert and beverage (Coffee, tea & decaf). Choose dessert from dessert menu for

Prime Rib – Roast prime rib sliced & covered w/ hot au jus.  Parsley potatoes & chef’s vegetables. 

Roast Tenderloin Au Poivre – Roast tenderloin of beef sliced, garlic duchess potatoes and chef’s vegetables. Market price

New York Strip – 10 oz. Strip steak served w/ twice baked potato & chef’s vegetable.  

Sirloin – Sirloin steak w/ herb butter sauce, baked potatoes & chef’s vegetable.  

Marinated London Broil – Marinated flank steak w/ mushroom sauce & sherry wine, parsley potatoes & chef’s vegetable 

Pork Loin – Smoked pork slices w/ horseradish cream sauce, garlic duchess potatoes & chef’s vegetables.

Chicken Dijonnaise– Breaded breast of chicken w/ rice pilaf, green beans almondine and a Dijon sauce.

Chicken Forestie’re– Boneless breast of chicken garden rice, chef’s vegetable and wild mushroom sauce.

Chicken Parmesan– Breaded  breast of chicken w/ mozzarella & parmesan cheeses & Alfredo sauce, rotini & zucchini italiano.  

Chicken Cordon Bleu– Boneless breast of chicken filled w/ ham & cheese garden rice & chef’s vegetable.

Turkey Breast Mignon – Marinated turkey breast mignon, w/ cranberry walnut wild rice and chef’s vegetable. 

Spicy Herb Encrusted Salmon - Salmon filets, with honey teriyaki glaze, served with mushrooms and wild rice & chef’s vegetable. 

Seafood Fettuccini – Shrimp and Scallops with Capers tossed in a white wine Alfredo sauce  over a bed of linguini and chef’s vegetable.

Portabella Mushroom –  Marinated mushroom on a bed of pasta with chef’s vegetables.  

Vegetarian Lasagna – Served with garlic bread sticks and chef’s vegetables.   

Filet Mignon – Filet mignon, twice baked potato, and chef's vegetables.   

Iowa Pork Chop -  10 oz. Iowa Chop with horseradish cream sauce, Garlic Duchess Potatoes and chef’s vegetables  

Portabella Marsala – Portabella mushroom flamed in Marsala Wine, served with pasta and grilled red & green peppers and onions.  

Orange Roughy – 8 oz. Roughy filet, Rosemary baby red potatoes and chef’s vegetables  

Eggplant Parmesan– Lightly breaded eggplant, served with pasta and Marinara, chef’s vegetables.  

Chicken Marsala –  Lightly breaded chicken breast with mushrooms, flamed in Marsala wine, served with pasta and red & green peppers and onions. 

Spinach Artichoke & Ricotta Pie – Light filling of artichoke hearts & spinach in ricotta cheese, baked in a wild rice shell.  

Baked Spaghetti Squash or Roasted Vegetable Medley in Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce – Choice of baked spaghetti squash or an assortment of fresh vegetables, lightly roasted, served in our own red pepper cream sauce. 

Avocado Chicken Breast with Hot Pepper Cheese - Served with white rice and chef's vegetable. 

Honey Almond Chicken Breast - Served with wild rice and chef's vegetable. 

Salmon Filet with Dill Sauce - Served with twice baked potatoes and chef's vegetables. 

Smothered Chicken– Grilled Chicken Breast topped with hickory Bacon & Sautéed Mushrooms then smothered with Swiss Cheese served with Rosemary Baby Red Potatoes & Whole Green Beans. 

Salads (Pick one)

Garden Salad with Creamy Ranch Dressing - Fresh greens with red cabbage, carrots and croutons.

Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, croutons and parmesan cheese.  Served with a traditional Caesar dressing.

Mimosa Salad – Fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, mandarin oranges, carrots and radishes. Served with pepper cream dressing.

Spinach Salad – Fresh spinach leaves, sliced red onion, eggs & croutons. With your choice of hot bacon, raspberry Vinaigrette or poppy seed dressing.

Tossed Salad –  Fresh greens with red cabbage, carrots, croutons and 3 side dressings
