Free Life Experience Portfolio Workshop
A free workshop to help you gain credit for the learning gained through work, volunteer, and travel experiences.
A life experience portfolio [pdf] may be submitted for credit consideration by adults who are at least 25 years of age and who are classified as either freshman or sophomore level degree candidates at Simpson College. The LEP program provides a way for adult students to translate credit through completion of a life experience portfolio. Up to 24 credits may be recognized. There is no charge for the credits awarded. This process can shave two years and $6,360 off the cost of your degree. The LEP workshop gives a step-by-step demonstration of how to produce a successful portfolio.
