Students are encouraged to gain a competitive edge by having one or more internships during college. Recent internships have included Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, RSM McGladrey Inc., IRS, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, the State of Iowa Auditor’s Office, FDIC, Federal Reserve Bank, Principal Financial Group, Edward Jones Investments, UBS Paine Webber, Iowa Workforce Development and Belmonte Management (California), Meredith Corporation, Hy-Vee Corporate Headquarters, Wells Fargo, Aggreko International, Amoco Corporation, Pella Corporation, State of Iowa, IBM, Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc., Allied Insurance, 3M Corporation, Chrysler Corporation, Prudential Financial, and United Parcel Service.
