I am interested in the following volunteer opportunities:

Alumni-In-Residence. If you would like to return to campus to share your career experience with a class, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations. We will match you up with a professor and give you an opportunity to share your career experience with our current students. This is a great volunteer opportunity for our alumni to interact with the current students.

Alumni Association Board of Directors. The Simpson Alumni Association and Board of Directors advise the Alumni and College Advancement Offices. If you want to be involved with planning and implementing Simpson alumni events and activities, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 800-610-6369 or alumni.office@simpson.edu.

Host an alumni event. Throughout the year we have alumni events all over the country. It’s a great way to bring Simpson friends together. The events can consist of receptions at restaurants, homes of alumni, or any other special location. Our host committees assist the Alumni Office with planning and organizing events.

Young Alumni Event. Our After Hours events are targeted to our young (and young at heart) alumni. If you have an idea for a fun After Hours event or would like to assist us in the planning, please contact Leslie Held at 515-961-1547 or send her an email at leslie.held@simpson.edu.

Reunion Class Committee. Assist the Alumni Office with putting reunion activities together during Simpson Homecoming and Alumni Weekend.

Alumni College Classes. It is your opportunity to return to the class room and teach or learn from our Simpson professors during Alumni Weekend. The best part about it is that there are no grades, no tests and no papers. If you would like to teach a class or have a suggestion for a topic for an Alumni College class, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations.
