The Presidents' Society

In 1981, the Board of Trustees of Simpson College established The Presidents' Society to honor those persons who had shown outstanding generosity in their financial support of the college. Over the years, this recognition club has grown significantly in membership and strength. Today, the support provided by The Presidents' Society members is the foundation of THE SIMPSON FUND, the college's annual effort to provide funds for financial assistance to deserving students and the operating budget. The Presidents' Society is recognized as the premier philanthropic group of Simpson College.

Benefits of membership in The Presidents' Society
Members of The Presidents' Society are provided opportunities to become acquainted with the President and hear from him the latest news from campus, as well as the plans for the future. In addition, members receive The Presidents' Society newsletter two times a year and are invited to an annual dinner where they are recognized for their dedication and service to Simpson College. Most importantly, members have the knowledge that they are making a gift that will benefit the students of Simpson and the future of the college.

How to join The Presidents' Society
Membership into The Presidents' Society occurs when a gift of $1,000 or more is made to THE SIMPSON FUND. Gifts may be paid in full or pledged over the college's fiscal year, June 1 through May 31. You may also take advantage of your company's matching gift program for qualifying for membership.

Lifetime
Individuals whose cumulative gifts to Simpson College for all purposes exceed $100,000.

Founder
Individuals who contribute $10,000 or more annually to THE SIMPSON FUND.

Patron
Individuals who contribute $5,000 to $9,999 annually to THE SIMPSON FUND.

Sustaining
Individuals who contribute $2,500 to $4,999 annually to THE SIMPSON FUND.

Members
Individuals who contribute $1,000 to $2,499 annually to THE SIMPSON FUND.
