Simpson... A Place to Call Home

At Simpson, you will be surprised at how quickly you will get to know the people in your residence hall, and may be even more surprised to learn how many of these people become your closest friends.

How much you choose to participate in residence hall activities is up to you…but you certainly have a lot to choose from! The opportunities to get involved include residence hall governing boards, activity planning groups and numerous informal activities throughout the year.  During your freshman year, you will be housed with other first-year students in one of two designated halls.  There are five residence halls as well as seven apartment style residences available for sophomores, juniors and seniors.  In addition, students may choose to live in one of nine theme houses or Greek houses

Each traditional hall contains lounges, study areas, computer rooms, coin-operated laundry facilities, vending machines, and a kitchenette. All of our residence halls are air-conditioned and fully carpeted. Each room is equipped with computer data jacks for connecting personal computers to the campus network and Internet. Cable television service is also available. While each room may vary in size and shape, your room will be furnished with a desk and chair, bed, dresser, closet space, window coverings, phone jack, and smoke detector.
